The epidemic of overcharging
(This part of the post has been deleted)The truth of the matter is that companies overcharge unsuspecting patrons by obscene amounts all the time. Debating a charge is a difficult and timely, and most people won’t do it for the smaller things. I know I won’t debate them often enough to make it positive EV for people to overcharge me. More to the point, it is positive EV for companies such as Sprint or Verizon to overcharge nearly EVERYONE on their monthly cell phone bills because many people will miss it, and in response to those who find it they just pretend it’s a mistake. First of all, I have an accountant for you.
Second of all, http://www.ripoffreport.com/. I think that’s more like what you’re looking for.
It sucks that someone would do that to you, he crossed the line.
While you might not want to mention his name in regards to this post, you may want to make it public that you “do not recommend XXX accountant” in a separate post.
